Wow… I briefly scanned this article on another site, but I like the way a fellow blogger puts it. Scientist have conducted studies that male semen in fruit flies have mind controlling properties on its female counterpart.
I’m actually typing this with a half smile on my face. For one, women’s minds and sexual behaviors are now being compared to a fruit fly. Now I don’t interact with fruit flies on a regular and when I do I’m swatting at them to kill them; so I can’t comment on their behalf. Secondly, I’m thinking about myself and others that I know well and am trying to relate this study to our behaviors. Let’s just say I can see some truth to this “theory” and then I don’t. In the end, we as human beings do what we want to do and if you really want to be monogamous with someone… YOU WILL!
